Material for Teachers In order to contribute to innovation and European consciousness in the community of german teachers all over Europe, the network partners have established four thematic Work Groups on topics relevant to the teaching and learning of the German language. In these Work Groups, language learning and teaching concepts, tools, and materials are being researched, tested and evaluated in practice, and all the tested materials are available on this site for FREE download. Important web resources for the thematic area of each Work Group, which have been carefully checked and commented by the network partners in their relevance for language educators, are also available. Workshops are being organized all over Europe on topics defined by the different Work Groups, of which members of the network are being informed through our portal, newsletters and invitations and to which language educators in Europe are cordially invited. Any member of the DaF-network can collaborate in one the Work Groups and participate in the testing and evaluation of the resources and materials. Please contact the network or the Work Group partners if you want to do so. If you need any further information or think that the translation of a German language text or material would be useful to you, please contact the Network.   The network community daf-netzwerk.org is open for teachers from all over the world and also for all persons, which are interested in the field of language teaching. You can easily register as a member of the community, if you are interested in innovation and European consciousness in methodology and practice of German teaching and learning. As a member you can discuss in a protected area of the website direct with all partners of the network-project and you and your institution are listed on the member site with a link to your own homepage.
