The DAF-SUEDOST Network - 500 registered members in the first project year The whole Network Team is looking forward to welcoming the 500th member, whom we expect during the next days. In April 2004, our first member registered online. Within 10 months, almost 500 language educators and language teaching experts have become registered Network members in order to receive regular information and maintain contacts with colleagues in their field of interest all over Europe. Furthermore, many of our members have taken the opportunity to actively participate in the shaping of the DAF-Network web portal by using the members' special access to the site to present their institutions or to document their European language projects to a world wide community. Special gift for the 500th member The DAF-SUEDOST Network will present its 500th member online with a short portrait. In addition, our 500th member will receive a special gift, a decorative silver bowl from the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, Greece. This gift is being offered by the co-ordinating institution of the Network, the Ellinogermaniki Agogi, Athens. Register now as a member and support our Network of educators and experts promoting language education in Europe. The network community daf-netzwerk.org is open for teachers from all over the world and also for all persons, which are interested in the field of language teaching. You can easily register as a member of the community, if you are interested in innovation and European consciousness in methodology and practice of German teaching and learning.
